At Classhill, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, we offer an easy exchange process.


Exchange Duration


You may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Exchange


To be eligible for an exchange:

1. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2. Tags and packaging must be intact.

3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.


Non-Exchangeable Items


Unfortunately, the following items cannot be exchanged:

Customized or personalized products.

Items marked as “Final Sale.”


How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us via email at classhillegypt@gmail.com or through our customer service page.

2. Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange.

3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address if applicable.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item back for exchange.

If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (classhill wrong item received), we will cover the shipping costs.


Processing Time


Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
